Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders in stock are processed immediately and shipped the same day when possible.

Shipments may not occur on weekends or holidays, especially postal holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Typically, orders paid for before 12:00 p.m. Central Time are shipped the same day, and the rest the following business day.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation will be sent when the order has been picked up by the carrier. Order tracking will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Customize the following: Prime Waters Manufacturing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Prime Waters Manufacturing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Let us know If you received your order damaged. Contact our support team directly to arrange for a replacement, or to file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, as it might be needed before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.
